EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We accept exchanges or returns for both online and store purchases within 14 days of purchase, supported with the proof of purchase and in perfect unused condition. Store credit will be issued for returns or the item can be exchanged for something else. Store credit is valid for 3 months.
Refunds, exchanges and store credit will not be processed for pre-ordered items, custom orders (including carpentry and upholstery), special orders or discounted items. Delivery, shipping and installation fees cannot be refunded.
Refunds will only be provided for defective items if repair or replacement is not an option. Refunds will be offered if items have been delivered faulty or incorrect.
All our collections are hand crafted by the loving hands of our artisans. Each piece is unique and there may be variations in color, visible joints or uneven surfaces. These are not considered faulty.
